Meet our newest Shea Preferred homeowners, Dick and Dianne Simon on Sattoo Way. They moved here from San Juan Capistrano and are loving every minute of Encanterra®. Dick and Dianne have been married for 34 years. They have 9 children, 22 grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren. They moved to Arizona so they could officially start enjoying retirement. If you think that Dick’s name sounds familiar, then it probably is. In the 1980’s, Dick raced in the Indy 500 and has several trophies to show off if you stop by their home. He has a love for racing and the stories he can share about his racing career are endless. Dianne is an artist at heart and is very excited to have space for her art studio in their new den. Now that they are in Arizona they are excited to spend more time with family and just relax. Dianne’s sister and brother-in-law, Donna and Fred, already live at Encanterra and may have had something to do with bringing them here! We look forward to seeing them around the community and enjoying the Good Life!
