REAL ESTATE MARKET REPORT – OCTOBER 2023

The Encanterra Real Estate Market between October 2022 and October 2023 witnessed some notable changes and trends.

Active Listings

 In October 2022, there were 44 active listings in Encanterra. Fast forward to October 2023, and we observed a slight reduction, with 39 active listings. 

Total Listings Sold

The total listings sold in Encanterra have shown a positive trend. In October 2022, there were 5 listings sold, while in October 2023, the number of listings sold increased to 10. 

Average Sales Price in Encanterra

The average sales price in Encanterra has remained relatively stable. In October 2022, the average sales price was $710,480, and in October 2023, it stood at $703,590. This marginal decrease indicates that despite the market’s overall health, there may be some room for negotiation between buyers and sellers.

Sale-to-List Price Ratio

The sale-to-list price ratio has seen a slight decrease from 99.2% in October 2022 to 98.5% in October 2023. This change suggests that buyers may have a bit more negotiating power than in the previous year, though sellers are still enjoying strong pricing in the market.
