Pecan Lake Farmers Market — Now Open Every Saturday
The long-awaited Pecan Lake Farmers Market officially made its debut on October 11, 2025, at the Queen Creek Botanical Gardens in the Pecan Lake Entertainment Center.
Residents gathered for the grand opening celebration, which featured live music, kids’ activities, a gardening class, and two “Taste the Beauty” garden tours. Visitors enjoyed meeting local vendors selling fresh produce, baked goods, meats, flowers, and handcrafted items.
The market will now be a weekly Saturday event from 7 AM to 11 AM, giving residents and visitors a place to connect with local farmers and artisans while enjoying the scenic beauty of the gardens. Admission and parking are free, and the market is pet-friendly.

Queen Creek’s Second Target — Now Open at Vineyard Towne Center
Shoppers lined up early on October 12, 2025, for the grand opening of Queen Creek’s highly anticipated second Target store at Vineyard Towne Center, located at 37854 N. Gantzel Road.
The new 145,000-square-foot store brings a full range of Target favorites to the east side of Queen Creek, featuring a CVS Pharmacy, Target Optical, Disney Store, Apple Store, and Starbucks. The store’s opening marks Target’s 48th location in Arizona and expands local shopping convenience for residents.
Part of Vestar’s 23-acre Vineyard Towne Center, the development now boasts a vibrant mix of retailers and restaurants including Sprouts Farmers Market, Five Guys, Over Easy, Café Rio, Cinnaholic, Nekter Juice Bar, and Zaxby’s — the first in Arizona.
