Debra and Roger are feeling right at home at Encanterra®. Shea Preferred Realty Group assisted them in finding the perfect Refresh plan on Crocus Avenue. They fell in love with the open floorplan this home offers, and it has Debra’s dream kitchen with beautiful white cabinetry. Roger loves the fact the home comes with free snow removal and he can spend more time enjoying retirement.

Roger served in the military for 6 years then worked for the US postal service for 30 years. Debra worked as a legal assistant for 40 years retiring from Farmers Insurance in-house legal counsel last May. They are originally from Minnesota and are not missing the cold winters one bit! Once retirement kicked in, they started traveling and exploring places to retire in the southwest. They had their eye on Tucson initially and stumbled upon Encanterra® on accident. As soon they drove in the front gate they knew this was a place they could seem themselves enjoying.

Debra and Roger’s love story started 17 years ago when they decided to meet for coffee after corresponding online for a while. Roger also drove up on a motorcycle and Debra saw the sparks fly! A few years later, on Valentine’s Day, they got married in Las Vegas. Next year they will be celebrating their 15 year wedding anniversary! Together they have 3 daughters, 6 granddaughters, and 1 great-granddaughter. They love spending time with their family any chance they get. In their free time,
they enjoy traveling to National Parks and Presidential Museums. One of their most memorable vacations was when they visited Glacier National Park in Montana— on a motorcycle, of course!

If your agent does not have access for us to contact you directly, or if you have restrictions on showings, you will likely lose the opportunity for our team to show your home. The most simple and respected process for showing any home is for the buyer’s agent to contact the seller directly.
