Shea Preferred has done an outstanding job of listing, showing and selling our home. I’ve had a lot of response from friends in the community and they are surprised at how quickly our house sold. In a country club gated community I think it’s important to have the sales staff involved in showing the homes up for resale. There is certainly a market for houses that are already built and it is an advantage to the seller to have that kind of foot traffic. I have recommended Shea Preferred to two others who are thinking about listing their homes.
