Vestar, the powerhouse behind this development, recently announced that iconic brands like McDonald’s, Zaxby’s Restaurant, and Better Buzz Coffee are set to occupy the remaining outparcels in the first phase. This adds to the already impressive lineup that includes Sprouts Farmers Market, Pacific Dental Services, European Wax Center, Zara Nail Bar, Chunk Cookies, Mr. Pickle’s Sandwich Shop, and Nekter Juice Bar.
